Did the church 'replace' Israel in God's plan — or has replacement theology been erasing God's promises for 1,700 years?
Christians have been fighting about this since at least the second century: did the church inherit ALL of Israel's covenant promises when Jesus came, making ethnic Israel theologically irrelevant? Or is that 'replacement theology' a catastrophic misreading that strips God's word of its literal meaning and has fueled real-world consequences Christians don't want to own? Pick a side and defend it.
